Downside

To understand and absorb the contents of this book requires a lot of effort and enthusiasm, but you don't have to read it cover to cover. Choose your needs and follow the advice closely. Project management is essentially based on communication and the more effectively that you can do that, the greater your chances of project success — which, after all, is the whole object of the project management exercise.
