Summary

As we observed in our introduction to this paper, an increasing number of our clients expect to initiate improvements in their program management capabilities over the next two years. These will likely include training in PgM methodologies and processes, as well as professional development activities generally. The PgM focus will be on both performance and personal competence.

The issue is how to provide a good working basis for improving PgM outcomes. We believe that the model we have developed serves that purpose in a thorough and comprehensive manner.
