- Does everyone enjoy their work:
- Especially in attending team meetings?
- Do people think about team results before their own?
- Are team members open about their opinions?
- Or is there fear of conflict, e.g.
- People are unwilling to "engage" in "frank" discussion?
- And there is evidence of a lack of trust
- I.e. people are unwilling to admit faults, mistakes, or need for help?
