First off, how do you know?
- If you don't know, then ask these questions
- Is there a clear direction:
- In terms of Authority and Responsibility?
- Are people prepared to respond:
- In terms of Reliability and Accountability?
- Or is there an unwillingness to commit:
- I.e. to accept clear decisions and courses of action?
- Remember: "A + R = R + A" !
- Does everyone contribute equally to overall objectives?
