Project librarian responsibilities
- Set policy and procedures around document classification, handling and storage 
 - Establish, maintain and enforce project standards
- And monitor for conformance
 
 - Coordinate documentary repository activity
 - Monitor and control access to the repository
 - Arrange distribution as and when needed
- E.g. for minutes of meetings
 
 - Identify and resolve document conflicts
 - Archive old documents
 - Perform periodic purge functions
