- But they must be prepared for the purpose
- Scans of hardcopy, or straight screen clips are rarely satisfactory
- Except for purposes of annotation

- Use a plain "sans serif" font such as Arial
- On a web site, don't use a size smaller than 10 point, preferably use larger!
