- If the contractor will have subcontractors, make sure they also receive copies of your contract document
- Write that into the contract as well!
- You can ask for the contractor's proposed manager not be changed during the contract
- But don't bet on it
- People leave and do all kinds of weird things
- Better to insist on your prior approval of the appointment of a replacement
