• If your project will involve more than one contract

  • Make sure you make it clear who will be responsible for coordinating the work between these contracts
  • That may fall to you, or
  • You may assign the responsibility to a "lead" contractor
• Don't make the contractor responsible for things that they cannot control

  • Such as access to people and places that you will be providing
  • That's your responsibility
