Ground Rules 5: Team disruption
- Be aware of what is going on
- Watch for teamwork disrupters
- Get rid of people who don't want to be on the team
- They will only disrupt the others
- And cost more than they are worth
- Try to avoid part-time team members
- There is a productivity and quality cost
- Associated with intermittent working
- If that is not possible
- At least establish significant blocks of time
