Where does the PPRP function reside?

Depending on the project type, size and duration

• It is best identified as a separate function

  • Within the program office
• Or as part of the project team's responsibilities
• It could be at the corporate management level

  • But adequate coordination is then typically more difficult
• It should definitely NOT be an added responsibility of an existing corporate department

  • As specific project requirements may be overlooked!
