Planning the PPRP for project implementation

The PPRP must first be prepared in outline

• During the planning phase of the project
• And it's content approved by management
• It should have a distinct and separate item in the approved project budget

  • And designed to cover the entire project implementation phase
• The organizational location of the PPR office must also be decided
