Step 7: Label a new flip chart "Possible Alternatives"

• Quickly, but briefly, list alternatives that would generally satisfy the overall project goal(s)
• Select the alternative(s) that represent the most effective response(s)
• Ask "What alternatives should we consider as part of the chosen work?"

  • Or, "What do we need to study or evaluate?"
