Step 6: Clearly describe the "Output(s)" that should result
- Define the outputs in terms of
- Shape, timing, format, etc.
- Especially if it is not clear from the Objectives
- Now you should have a clear statement of "Objectives and Outputs"
- Next, double check your work items by asking
- If we do all the work listed in Step 4, will we have accomplished all of our objectives?
- Have we left anything off the list?
- Quickly add the new items and move to Step 7
