A high-level approach?
In other words, what is needed is a
- "Product Breakdown Structure"
Then why don't they call it that?
- Some do, but others call it a project breakdown structure, or a scope breakdown structure
- So there is no general agreement on the name
- "WBS" has become the familiar term
- Regardless of the fact that it means different things to different people
- Like so many other terms in project management!
