How do I get the workshop started?
First, explain what you want to accomplish in the workshop
- Your objective is to produce a Project Plan
- And you describe the project's mission
Then, explain how you will go about it
- You ask leading questions
- To draw out ideas from your team
- As group leader/project manager
- you will be very conscious of time
- You cannot afford to tie up endless project hours on minor details!
