Do you really mean "control"?
If I really "control" the project, will that not inhibit people's creativity?
- "Control" is a difficult word and to some suggests autocracy
- Which is certainly inhibiting
- Better to think in terms of "tracking and steering"
- Everyone should recognize that a project needs this kind of "managing"
- If it is to arrive at its intended destination!
