Who is really in charge?
Project control also requires that the person who is "really" in charge is also dedicated to maintaining the project within bounds
- If that person is not so dedicated, then the project will be out of control!
- Unfortunately, that person is not always the "designated" project manager
- That is known as "responsibility without authority"
- Anyone put in that position should take action to get the situation corrected!
