Artifact status through an approval process
- Is another useful segregation, e.g.
- "Preliminary Draft"; "In Progress"; "Final"; "Approved"
- This is particularly relevant
- If the consensus and approval process
- Is long and arduous
Final Tip
- Have a repository or file titled "Of Limited Value"
- Don't actually throw anything away
- But stuff it into the "Limited Value" area
- And keep it until the project or topic is really dead!
