• Produces hardcopy reports on demand

  • At different levels of detail
  • According to appropriate work breakdown structure
• Can report all data at the lowest data-available level

  • Even though that data is not at to the lowest level existing in the system
• Can suppress all levels of subtotals that simply repeat the line above

  • Or all lines containing zero information
