• The project sponsor, or project director

  • Essentially the person who controls the project's budget funding
  • And gives overall project direction and approvals
  • And seeing that the benefits from the project's product are realized !
• The customer

  • Who may or may not be the same as the sponsor
  • And who may or may not be the end user
