Certain actions by the acquirer
- May precipitate a supplier change demand or claim
For example
- Defective contract or technical documentation
- Imposition of any changes in working conditions
- Interference in the supplier's work
- Accelerating or delaying the supplier's performance
- Stopping and restarting work for any reason
- Other than for safety considerations
- Additional, excessive or unreasonable testing
- Rejection of work that actually conforms to the contract
