In the case of both RFPs and RFTs,
- A bidders' conference may be held
- To answer potential suppliers' questions
- To ensure a clear understanding
- Of the requirements in each case
- The answers provided should be formally documented, and distributed
- And included as part of the solicitation documents
- Prior to the submission of offer deadlines
