Ground Rules 2: Team composition

• Try to recruit the best possible people

  • But a young enthusiast is often better than an old unwilling conscript
• Make sure that everyone is on the team that needs to be

  • But remember, the bigger the team, the more inefficient it will be!
• Keep working teams small

  • The smaller the better, say 5 to 8
  • It makes team communication easier
