We are not too sure about this term either
- True, it is necessary to plan and organize people on a project
- And assign responsibilities, and so on
- But this subject is just as much about
- Managing the environment in which people work
- Which is a lot more that juggling their resources!
For now
- We'll use "Project People (coordination) Management" (PPcM)
- To be consistent with the other PM functions
- And to make the point!
