Role responsibilities continued:
- Cost estimation or analysis of scope change requests
- Cost estimation or analysis of design change requests
- Progress/productivity expressed in monetary terms
- Regular cost reports and record keeping
- Cash flow forecasts
- Represent the Cost Monitor function at progress meetings
- Reconcile and close all accounts upon project completion
