- It's their job to remove organizational obstacles
- It's called "bureaucracy" (official time-wasters)
- Simplify procedures to satisfy minimum requirements
- Eliminate unnecessary procedures irrelevant to the project
- Like unnecessary or too elaborate reporting
- Simply to satisfy the corporate information machine
Management wants it better, faster, cheaper, right?
- Then management had better set the example !
