On page 3 we talked about "At the end of you first period . . ."
- Bear in mind that the end of the first period is not a good basis for long term project projections
Why?
- Because all projects take time to get going
- And observed productivity is not reliable
So? What is more important at this time is to
- Make sure that all subsequent activities are gearing up
- And ready to start on time!
