What if I have negative values?
A negative ES-LS value implies that you must start an activity before you are logically able to do so
- That is, you don't have enough time to do all of the work as planned
- This usually only happens when you are given a mandated finish date
- Which is inadequate, or too tight
- (Senior management's favorite pass time!)
If you have negative values the schedule doesn't work, and you need to go to Step 7
