There are five typical levels of schedule reporting

• For the project's sponsor and senior, Executive management:

  • Level 1

    • Least detailed, key dates only

• For the project manager and his/her team

  • Level 2

    • Showing major milestones
    • And interfaces between the various responsible parties involved
