• Numbers Supervised:

  • Varies depending on the size of the overall project or program

    • Ideally should not exceed 7 to 10 without a deputy assistant

• Expenditure authority:

  • Generally varies with the maturity of the organization and the size of the project/program

    • But typically multi-million
    • And subject to approved budgets
