  • Involves verification of the deliverables prior to transfer of ownership

• Similarly, PQM

  • Involves "acting" to fix any problems found

• Ideally, however,

  • If PQM has been firmly established in the project
  • And also rigorously conducted at the micro level

    • I.e. during the course of all activities
  • The amount of fixing required should be minimal
