• The intended purpose of the DBM is to establish graphical depictions, constructs and terminologies

  • To enable efficient dialogue on complex project issues

    • As described in the Introduction, Issacon #1150

• The Dynamic Baseline Model© identifies

  • Project Level 1 is "Production"
  • Level 2 is "Construction"
  • Level 3 is "Development" and
  • Level 4 is "Evolution"
