PPR - a legitimate activity
PPR is a necessary project activity
- Internal stakeholders will benefit from it
- External stakeholders will appreciate it
- Constituents impacted by project activities, or the final results, will demand it!
But
- Do not confuse PPR with "sales" and "marketing"
- Or just "information giving"
- These are entirely self-serving
