Why should I use a PBS?
PBS is essentially a communication tool.
Use it to:
- Establish an information structure
- For describing the project in its entirety
- Including administrative elements such as project management, and reporting
- Represent the planning of the project, phase by phase
- Reflect the procurement strategy
- During the project's various life cycle phases
