Yes. Bear in mind that PBS is a technique

• Different people view the technique differently
• The technique can be applied in different ways
• The result must reflect the project execution strategy

  • To enable tracking and control of the project
  • No single way is best for all projects
• The more complex the project

  • The more care required in formulating the PBS
  • If it is to succeed in its purpose
