- Providing direction to your team
 - Organizing and coordinating resources
 - Tracking, reporting and forecasting progress
 - Identifying, reporting and resolving issues
 - Contact with the client and senior management
 - Adjusting the project plan to accomplish goals within the given constraints
- There's more to it than this
 - But these are the basics
