Contract Changes
- When the project work is undertaken using one or more contractors, any changes in the work of any contract are changes for the contractor
- Because they change the scope of that contractor's contract.
- This may include changes in timing if different from that contemplated at the time of contract agreement
- From Project management's perspective, however, such changes may be either Scope Changes or Design Changes (see above)
- And must be processed accordingly
