The name "Policies and Procedures" suggests
- Rigidity and inflexibility
- Bureaucratic necessity
Project management is an overhead
- As such it must be fully justified in the minds of the project's performers
- Indeed, it should add value to their work
- The result should be improved success metrics and statistics
