IT Control Board (ITCB)
The ITCB should be
- Composed of Vice Presidents, Directors, or Senior Managers
- Who are themselves users of information technology
- Charged with establishing an IT Strategic Plan
- And overseeing the implementation of the plan
- Through programs and projects
