Arguments against a PMO -1
A PMO is not justified because it
- Has shown no hard evidence
- To prove that it improves project success rates
- Increases overhead
- Diverts good project staff from managing projects themselves
- Concentrates power in one part of the organization
- Becomes a source of bureaucracy
