For PPM to be successful
- There must be a clear corporate vision
- And clearly defined corporate end goals
These goals must be
- Expressed in terms of fulfilling business objectives
- And/or realizing benefits
- Adequately shared and owned by principle stakeholders
- Realistic and attainable
- Free of "leaps of faith" or "miracle interventions"
